3. Services & Estimates

We provide garage door repair, installation, and maintenance. All estimates provided over the phone are preliminary and based on the information provided. A final, binding estimate will be provided by our certified technician upon on-site inspection before any work begins. We believe in honest, upfront pricing and will never perform work without your approval of the final cost.

4. Service Calls & Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 952-697-9499 at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency service calls (after hours) may be subject to different cancellation terms or dispatch fees, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing options (e.g., GoodLeap). Failure to pay may result in legal action or liens in accordance with Minnesota state law.

6. Warranty & Guarantees

We stand behind our work. While specific warranty terms may vary by product (e.g., door manufacturer warranties vs. labor warranties), generally:

New Installations: Covered by manufacturer warranties on parts and our labor guarantee.
Repairs: Parts replaced are typically warranted for a specific period (e.g., 1-5 years depending on the part).

Note: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents (e.g., vehicle impact), or acts of nature.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rise & Shine Garage Doors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of use of the garage. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
